Reproduction - LIFESPAN

The rove goat reaches sexual maturity at 5 months for the buck and 7 months for the doe.
The period of reproduction is in autumn.
The doe gives birth to 1 to 3 kids after a 5-month gestation period.
 

Habitat - LIFESTYLE

Originates from the village of Le Rove in the Bouches-du-Rhône.
It is hardy and adapts to dry environments and poor vegetation.
It is a very good "grazer".
